Postage and Delivery

We deliver worldwide and prices to all countries are available easily during your online shopping with us.

Under our standard service we aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 2-7 working days (subject to availability).

Deliveries from are either by Royal Mail or courier. Please ensure your delivery address has someone to sign for your goods, or please leave alternative delivery details within the special instructions when filling out your shipping form.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time that we quote for that item, please contact us. 

If it is not possible to complete your order we will dispatch what we have in stock immediately and follow up with the rest of your order within 14 days.

Courier Companies and Royal Mail only deliver between the hours of 8am-6pm and we cannot state a set time for delivery. If your preferred delivery option is courier you will receive a text notification on the delivery day to confirm the approximate delivery time. Royal Mail usually deliver on Saturdays but we cannot guarantee this.

Overseas orders.

It is the responsibility of our NON EU customers to pay the relevant duties incurred at the port of entry to their country, will not accept responsibility for discrepancies incurred by customers who are not familiar with the rulings of their parent country.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Goods If you return the product in unused and as-new condition, including all packaging, tags and components, within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.

You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us and are signed for by our staff. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). will not accept the costs for return shipping costs on orders placed incorrectly i.e.

  1. Incorrect address
  2. Unwanted goods
  3. Incorrect sizing
  4. Overseas import duties and tax issues
  5. Failure to include an international telephone number (overseas orders only)

Customers who place incorrect orders are liable for all aspects of shipping costs and will only be refunded the value of the goods NOT the subsequent carriage costs out, back to and from any weather paper.

Faulty Goods

If you need return an item to us which is incorrect or faulty, please contact us by email in the first instance at We will confirm the return method to you and any special instructions that you may need to know. Please obtain proof of posting for the returned items from the courier or Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Some faulty goods returned have to be sent back to the manufacturer for testing and inspection, and they will determine whether or not they are able to replace or repair the product concerned. Please note that there can sometimes be delays in this process but we will endeavour to keep you as up-to-date as possible with your claims progress.

For health and safety reasons, neither we nor our manufacturers will accept returns in dirty or soiled condition, If applicable, please ensure that you have cleaned the item(s) as much as possible before posting.
